Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas, TX, part of Makeready, is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the dishwashing area, and support operations across the restaurant, bar, and trade rooms.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, uphold health and safety standards, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This team member assists in keeping the restaurant, bar, or trade room experiences clean and sanitary as well as cleaning dishes and tends to patrons' needs.

Requested Tasks

• Oversee the Stewarding team; mentor, manage and support
• Manage kitchen inventory and cleanliness standards
• Ensure dishwashing staff is properly trained and highly efficient
• Oversee proper maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Prior stewarding experience highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of excellence
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
