True North Goodwill is seeking an Outlet Store Manager in Duluth, MN to lead daily store operations, oversee donation flow, and drive sales while maintaining strong customer service. You will manage staff, schedule shifts, monitor inventory, implement safety protocols, and collaborate with leadership to meet outreach goals and uphold Goodwill values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years’ management experience in sales preferred.
• Vocational, business training preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and manage a retail operation.

Responsabilités

• Lead outlet store operations, including staffing, merchandising, and customer service.
• Manage donation overflow, sorting, pricing, and redistribution of goods.
• Implement strategies to optimize budgeted sales and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory flow from donation centers to the outlet; coordinate logistics.
• Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling; follow banking and cash procedures.
• Create an engaging shopping environment and mentor staff toward goals.
• Prepare and conduct employee performance reviews; assist with cashiering.
• Support development of sales goals and continuous improvement.
