Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Outlet Store Leader in Irvine to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Irvine Outlet, driving execution and team development while delivering a high-energy customer experience.

The role requires setting strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a People First culture across the store, with emphasis on quality standards, visual presentation, and profit protection. Occasional travel and a dynamic schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to deliver performance-driven results and excellent customer experiences.
• Manage hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team.
• Ensure visual presentation and operational standards align with brand and Outlet quality expectations.
• Oversee profit protection activities including risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives to achieve results.
• Support and implement company rollouts and operational changes while providing feedback and follow-up.
