Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to travel periodically, including extended trips as needed, and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, and other physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to create a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Partner with Field Leadership and People Team on hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions.
• Ensure visual presentation and merchandising align with brand standards and outlet objectives.
• Champion profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and communicate strategies to drive results.
• Support and implement company initiatives and rollouts, providing feedback and follow-up as needed.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain high standards of personal presentation.
