Job summary

cabi Outlet is seeking a 30 Hour Shift Supervisor to lead the store operations, style clients, coach coworkers, and ensure a smooth customer experience daily.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and managing cash handling with integrity. This role offers growth into leadership within a women’s fashion brand that values connection and authenticity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar retail leadership role.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and picking up new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor — styling clients, driving sales, and setting the tone for great customer experience
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships and clienteling
• Coach, motivate, and support the team, delegating tasks and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed
• Track KPIs and help the store hit its daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Oversee merchandising, shipment processing, and store presentation standards
• Handle cash, banking, and store records with accuracy and integrity
• Keep things running — solo or as part of the team — whether that's on the floor or behind the scenes
