Job summary

As a 30 Hour Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet in Chandler, AZ, you will lead the team on the sales floor, coach coworkers, and ensure smooth daily operations while stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed.

You’ll drive sales, build client relationships, and oversee merchandising, cash handling, and store records, all while maintaining a high standard of customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar retail leadership role.
• A natural communicator who builds trust with customers and coworkers alike.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and picking up new systems.
• Trustworthy with cash handling and store assets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a lot at once.
• A leader who brings integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude to the floor every day.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage.
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor - styling clients, driving sales, and setting the tone for great customer experience
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships and clienteling
• Coach, motivate, and support the team, delegating tasks and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed
• Track KPIs and help the store hit its daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Oversee merchandising, shipment processing, and store presentation standards
• Handle cash, banking, and store records with accuracy and integrity
• Keep things running - solo or as part of the team - whether that's on the floor or behind the scenes
