Job summary

Hard Rock International in Atlanta seeks a part-time Outlet Server to take guests' orders, deliver food, and process payments using a POS system. You will check IDs for age, ensure responsible alcohol service, and provide knowledgeable, friendly service to create memorable guest experiences.

Maintaining a clean, organized station, performing opening/closing duties, and engaging guests to ensure satisfaction are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Follows all food safety & sanitation procedures.
• In some U.S. states, a food safety certification may be required to serve food or alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Taking guests' orders and running food.
• Handling cash & other forms of payment; making sales transactions via POS system.
• Check IDs for guests who appear under 30; demonstrate responsible alcohol service.
• Provide product knowledge and answer questions politely and accurately.
• Upsell and create memorable guest experiences; maintain a clean, organized station.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and station upkeep; guide guests to restrooms.

Making proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system. Properly checks I.D.s - for guests who appear to be under 30 years old. Demonstrating responsible alcohol service. Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge. Suggestive selling - using proven techniques. Answering questions - accurately and politely.
