Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking an in-store Retail Outlet Sales and Operations Manager to lead a multi‑department team, driving sales, operations, and customer experience in our outlet locations. This hands‑on role combines sales strategy with back‑end excellence and requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position emphasizes showroom presentation, safety, and store logistics while enabling development of staff and flawless merchandise flow across departments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience in inventory, receiving, and merchandising
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multi‑department team across sales, operations, and customer experience
• Oversee merchandizing, showroom presentation, and back‑end operations
• Ensure safe, organized showroom and warehouse with efficient flow of merchandise
• Coach, develop, and schedule staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor inventory, receiving, returns, and outbound logistics processes
