Qualifications

• Post-high school education completed (2+ years)
• Minimum two years of full employment in a related position
• Hotel/restaurant operations knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong supervision and communication skills
• Ability to analyze activities and make recommendations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of restaurant and room service as directed by Outlets Manager.
• Interview, hire, train, develop staff and evaluate performance; address discipline as needed.
• Monitor budgets and control labor, food, beverage costs and supplies to optimize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with LSOPs, SOPs and safety regulations; uphold quality and hospitality standards.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to improve service and drive sales.
