Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer insights lead for NA Outlet channel, translating customer behavior into actionable recommendations.
• Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual customer performance reports for Outlet.
• Track customer performance by store and identify opportunities to drive growth.
• Provide quarterly/adhoc insights by region to Field Leadership teams and share best practices.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to develop outreach strategies and clienteling lists.
• Develop segmentation strategies to support channel initiatives and retention.
• Direct audience segmentation for campaign execution and clienteling lists.
• Track VIC outreach performance and ROI, identifying wins and opportunities to grow the segment.
