Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager to run the assigned outlet in line with Hyatt International standards. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality degree and at least 2 years of management experience in a hotel or large restaurant, plus strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
