Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries is seeking an Outlet Production Team Member to support operations by moving merchandise from receiving through processing and sales floor prep. You will help stage, sort, and rotate products on outlet tables, and assist with salvage by sorting materials to maximize recovery value.

Responsibilities include operating a pallet jack, unloading at the production area, and maintaining safety and production metrics in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Background check required; may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive outlet clothing, wares, shoes, books and other merchandise for processing and sales floor prep.
• Use a pallet jack to transport and stage merchandise from receiving to production line.
• Rotate sales tables every 10–15 minutes to maintain flow to the outlet floor.
• Sort salvage materials into designated categories to reduce waste and maximize recovery value.
