Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries is seeking an Outlet Production Team Member to support operations by moving merchandise from receiving through processing and sales floor prep. You will help stage, sort, and rotate products on outlet tables, and assist with salvage by sorting materials to maximize recovery value.
Responsibilities include operating a pallet jack, unloading at the production area, and maintaining safety and production metrics in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The Outlet Production Team Member is responsible for supporting outlet production operations by moving merchandise from retail store locations through receiving, processing, and preparation for sales. This role ensures merchandise flows efficiently through staging, sorting, and sales floor rotation, including placement of product onto outlet tables and removal of processed items as needed. The position also supports salvage processing by sorting or baling materials into designated categories to minimize waste and maximize recovery value. All work is performed in accordance with organizational standards, safety procedures, and production goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

All educational backgrounds accepted. Up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift operation requires company-specific certification.

Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, lint, and noise. PPE is required at all times on the production floor.
