Lowe’s OUTLETS are seeking a dedicated associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist Pro customers, and keep the store clean and well-stocked. You will help customers locate and load merchandise, operate checkout systems, and support deliveries and returns as needed.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement with customers, attention to pricing, and collaboration with store teams to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's Outlets.
• Assists Pro customers to locate and load merchandise in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of store and stock areas.
• Operates POS and processes walk-in, phone, email, and online orders.
• Monitors for security risks and assists Asset Protection as needed.
