Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by checking shelves and organizing items.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare products in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
