Job summary

Parx Casino in Bucks County, PA is seeking friendly dining staff to create a positive dining experience by maintaining clean, well-attended tables and running food from kitchen to guest tables. You will greet guests, answer questions about menu items, reset stations, and uphold hygiene standards while working with a team in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Able to walk, stand, push, pull, lift, kneel, bend, reach and grip for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to comprehend spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Completes table setup, stocking, and clearing duties in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all menu and daily specials and answers guests’ questions.
• Serves and refills bread and water; runs food from kitchen to guest tables.
• Cleans, clears, and resets tables with standard silverware, glassware, and linens.
• Keeps all stations cleaned and fully stocked.
• Cleans tables, booths, floors and surrounding areas quickly and efficiently.
• Assists customers and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Completes setup and closing tasks; adheres to hygiene rules and company standards.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Ensures all stations are cleaned and fully stocked.
• Cleans tables, booths, floors and other areas around tablesquickly and efficiently.
• Assists customers and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned.Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene arestrictly followed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be able to walk, stand, push, pull, left, kneel, bend,reach and grip tools for a full eight (8) hour shift. Must be ableto work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to comprehend spoken English.
