Job summary

Sugar N Spice is seeking a Busser to maintain a clean and organized dining area and support the service team. You will ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently while delivering friendly service.

The role requires strong teamwork, organization, and situational awareness to contribute to a smooth dining experience for guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables.
• Ability to effectively manage a section of tables.
• Ability to safely maneuver chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats.
• Proficient with cleaning tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for following instructions.
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Able to work in tight, noisy, and varying temperature conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk during shift.

• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Complete all tasks according to the guidelines and standards set out in the Employee Handbook.
• Work cooperatively with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.

The Busser is a key player in enhancing our guests’ dining experience, responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area. This role supports the service team by ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly and efficiently.
