You will work between Alma and Clare, MI, travel to field sites, document vegetation data, follow safety protocols, and contribute to client satisfaction through professional conduct and reliable field operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree species identification and hazard assessment.
• Experience with invasive species management and understanding tree growth patterns.
• Familiarity with GIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor field conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards and unsafe conditions; follow safety standards.
• Drive safely to work sites and inspect vegetation work; document data.
• Record vegetation data using tablets and specialized software; use forestry computer systems.
• Address customer concerns and maintain professional conduct to support client relations.
