ArborMetrics Solutions is seeking a Work Planner to join our field team in Michigan. The role involves outdoor vegetation management, safety-driven operations, and data recording using tablets and GIS software.

You will work between Alma and Clare, MI, and must live within a 45-minute radius of either location. Responsibilities include safety compliance, field inspections, customer communications, and emergency response duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with vegetation management or related outdoor fieldwork.
• Ability to hike long distances and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong safety and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of GIS data entry and basic software use.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards and incidents, following AMS safety standards.
• Drive safely to work sites and document vegetation work.
• Maintain good communication with leadership, clients, and the public.
• Participate in storm and emergency response duties as needed.
