Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Wildlife Technician to join our field team. You’ll perform wildlife exclusion and removal, build client relationships, and work in homes and businesses across your community.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided, and you’ll earn a starting rate of $20–$22 per hour. This role offers a company vehicle, a company cell phone, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Follow a service schedule within your territory and meet monthly goals.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and management to deliver great service.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks and with company equipment.
