Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Wildlife Service Professional to protect homes and communities while working outdoors in your local area. You’ll operate independently, interact with customers, and grow your career through our comprehensive training program.

Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, with a company vehicle, cell phone, and a full benefits package. If you’re 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and value teamwork and safety, this role could be for you.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary (training provided).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide wildlife exclusion services.
• Set up exclusion traps, perform basic repairs, and work safely on rooftops.
• Follow service schedules and help meet monthly goals while collaborating with teams.
