Job summary

Northwest Exterminating seeks a Wildlife Service Professional to perform wildlife exclusion and removal at customer locations, while building lasting customer relationships. You’ll work independently within your territory and participate in a comprehensive training program to grow your career.

Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, with a company vehicle, cell phone, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, educating customers and meeting monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
