Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC is hiring Yard Staff to work outdoors at our auction facility. You will be detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and focused on safety in all weather to keep operations running smoothly.

A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required. An upbeat demeanor and teamwork are essential; automotive knowledge or rental/construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include vehicle check-in, thorough cleaning, moving vehicles around the yard, and assisting visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be physically able for the demands of the role.
• Upbeat demeanor and teamwork are essential.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Automotive repair, rental or construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate vehicles safely around the facility and at drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates and related items from vehicles and store properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and assistance.
• Train in forklift and loader operation.
