Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA) is RB Global, Inc. backed and looking for personable Yard Staff to join our frontline team. You will check-in vehicles, detail them for auction, and move vehicles safely around the facility using standard procedures and basic forklift/loader training.

This role emphasizes safety, outdoor work in all weather, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new technology. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; automotive knowledge a plus; benefits include

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Upbeat demeanor and positive customer interactions are essential.
• Experience with cars or mechanical knowledge is a plus; teamwork is crucial.
• Outdoor work with safety, lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information on vehicles assigned to the facility.
• Detail (thoroughly clean) vehicles to improve their appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around the facility and at drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items and store them properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them to the right person for help.
• Train and develop on the job in forklift and loader operation.
