Job summary

Flexcar is seeking an Operations Specialist to work onsite in Auburn, MA. The role requires cleaning and detailing a high volume of cars, performing quality checks, and inventory scanning while collaborating with frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail a high volume of cars inside and out to meet Flexcar standards
• Assess vehicle quality and damage using our technology
• Communicate with team members using a smart device
• Complete readiness and return checklists accurately and quickly
• Complete infleet inspections and the vehicle optioning process
• Take high-quality images for website display
• Conduct daily inventory scans and assist with reconciliation
• Work on special projects with timelines and stakeholders
• Organize and label vehicle parking and inventory
• Address issues to return vehicles to customers quickly
• Maintain Flexcar facilities and property to standards
• Assist order delivery team to deliver customer cars as needed
• Perform other tasks as directed by leads and managers
