Job summary

Flexcar in Larchmont, NY is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. You will clean and inspect vehicles, capture photos, scan inventory, and coordinate with frontline teams to ensure quality and timely customer service.

You’ll work outdoors at market locations and use a smartphone for daily tasks, with full benefits starting day one. The role emphasizes multitasking, reliability, and strong communication to support rapid vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in market locations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail a high volume of cars inside and out to meet Flexcar standards.
• Assess vehicle quality and damage using company tech.
• Communicate with team via a company smartphone.
• Complete readiness and return checklists accurately and quickly.
• Perform fleet inspections and vehicle optioning.
• Take high-quality images for website using company tech.
• Conduct daily inventory scans and assist reconciliation.
• Support special projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Manage vehicle inventory and label cars properly.
• Address issues to return vehicles to customers promptly.
• Maintain Flexcar facilities to company standards.
• Assist order delivery team to deliver customer cars.
• Execute other tasks from leads/managers as directed.

The Operations Specialist is a key employee atFlexcarthat will work closely with teams from each frontline department to ensure the best products and experiences for our customers. As an Operations Specialist, you willbe responsible forcleaning cars to meetFlexcarstandards, ensuring all quality checks are being done through various apps and checklists, taking quality photos of vehicles for display on our website, and inventory scanning. You will primarily be stationed outdoors in one of our market locations while you perform your daily tasks.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Use our technology to take consistent high-quality images for our website

• Conductaccurate, daily complete inventory scans, andassistwith reconciliation process

• Work on various special projects - managing their moving parts, timelines, and stakeholders - as dictated by unique business needs in an emerging market.

• Properly managevehicle inventory, including organizing a parking lot and correctly labeling cars

• Address issues with vehicles to return them to customers as quickly as possible.

• Maintain allFlexcarfacilities and property to company standards

• Assistthe order delivery team to deliver customer cars for orders, as needed

• Complete other assigned tasks from team leads and managers as directed
