Job summary

USIC, America's leader in underground utility damage prevention, seeks field locators for outdoor, independent work. The starting rate ranges from $20.00 per hour for new locators to $30.00 per hour for those with substantial prior locating experience.

This is a daytime, full-time position with overtime and on-call shifts required. Technicians work in the field using a company vehicle, locate various utilities, and complete documentation with our ticket systems.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficient with technology and data entry.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and accurately.
• Mark locations, document findings, and photograph each locate.
• Workday shifts with potential overtime and on-call requirements.
