ACRT, Inc. is seeking energetic forestry professionals for a Consulting Utility Forester role based in Massachusetts.

The position supports both entry level and seasoned individuals with a background in forestry, horticulture, arboriculture, environmental studies, or related disciplines and with vegetation management experience. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating trees along utility lines, submitting results with recommendations, and coordinating line-clearance crews while

Competenze

• 2 year degree in forestry or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Vegetation management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• GIS data collection software/hardware experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work independently and manage a geographic area.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver\'s license; able to work outdoors in varied terrain and weather; flexible schedules.

Mansioni

• Identify, inspect, and evaluate trees and brush along utility lines.
• Submit inspection results to clients with recommendations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate vegetation clearance crews.
• Discuss and negotiate line-clearance crew access issues; liaise between clients, crews and customers.
• Manage a geographical area for all vegetation-related activities.
