Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients throughout the day with a results-driven mindset, maintaining focus and professionalism.
• Educate clients on tree care solutions and the value of our services.
• Provide clear recommendations tailored to each customer’s property goals.
• Coordinate effectively with management and crew leaders to ensure job sites are completed correctly the first time.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Actively generate opportunities by introducing our services to potential customers.
• Participate in proactive outreach during slower seasons when appointments may be limited.
