Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Termite Service Professional in the United States – South Carolina region. You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route, protecting homes and businesses while delivering great service.

No exterminating experience required; comprehensive training will prepare you to lead your own customer accounts after training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle plus cell phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No exterminating experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and safety.
