Job summary

The Municipality of Anchorage's Maintenance & Operations Street Maintenance Department is seeking an entry-level worker to perform unskilled manual tasks. You will assist with litter pickup, debris removal, snow and ice control, and routine upkeep of structures, equipment, and grounds under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, performs manual work of an unskilled and routine nature for the Municipality of Anchorage's Maintenance & Operations Street Maintenance Department.
• Involves moderate to heavy physical exertion in the clearing and removal of litter, debris, snow, and ice.
• Performs tasks in cleanup and minor, unskilled maintenance of structures, equipment, and grounds.
