Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore is seeking an Account Manager – Outdoor Specialty to oversee all Outdoor Specialty business.

This strategic sales role includes direct management of 10 sales agencies nationwide, responsible for seasonal sales presentations, order bank management, account marketing, and sample coordination. You will partner with cross-functional teams to forecast, execute brand plans, and drive growth, with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office) and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of apparel sales experience.
• Independent thinker, self-starter, and team player.
• Confident in both digital and in-person presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of outdoor industry; outdoor enthusiasm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Under Armour business for Outdoor Specialty accounts, including 10 sales agencies nationwide.
• Drive growth across existing product lines and new initiatives.
• Provide daily service and support to the Director of Outdoor and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales Planning to forecast units and revenue.
• Implement seasonal brand and account marketing plans.
