Job summary

Responsibilities include directing traffic, basic office maintenance, and completing other duties as assigned by management. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with the ability to meet safety criteria for sensitive functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean up work areas.
• Fuel vehicles and equipment.
• Clean tracks on track type and related equipment.
• Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pickup.
• Operate site vehicles and equipment (water trucks, sweepers, mowers, etc.).
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general office maintenance and repairs.
• Direct traffic at the site as necessary.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
