Northwest Exterminating in Tucker, GA is seeking a Route Support Professional to protect homes and communities while working outdoors and independently. You’ll build relationships with customers, learn wildlife and termite services, and grow your career through a strong training program.

Starting hourly range $17-$19 with a company vehicle and company cell phone, plus comprehensive benefits and retirement plans to support your growth and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Wildlife Services: Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
• Termite Services: Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, educating customers on wildlife services, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
