Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Route Support Professional to work outdoors, independently, and directly with customers in your community. You’ll support service professionals, protect homes, and grow your career with clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Address customer needs with tailored solutions to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate company equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales and management to ensure exceptional experiences.
