YETI is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our Tysons Corner store in Virginia. You will lead and coach a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while representing the YETI brand.

The role requires at least two years of leadership in fast-paced retail, a passion for outdoor pursuits, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shifts are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective operations and customer focus.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and team communication.
• Oversee inventory receiving and replenishment processes.
• Execute product launches and merchandising in line with brand strategy.
• Support community marketing events and team coaching to boost sales.
