Job summary

Orvis in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a dynamic Retail Guide who loves the outdoors and enjoys outfitting customers for memorable adventures. You will work alongside the Store Manager and Lead Retail Guide to create a welcoming atmosphere and to serve as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Friendly and inviting personality with ability to build relationships.
Deliver world-class customer service with empathy and customer-centricity.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Orvis products and services.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to leverage assets across omnichannel retail.
Current computer skills and ability to learn business programs.
Ability to handle ambiguity and apply sound judgment.
Creativity and visual merchandising skills are a plus.
Restock and merchandise during slower periods while keeping standards.
Lift up to 30 pounds and maintain a safe workspace.
