Job summary

Great Escapes RV Resorts is seeking a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks, repairs, and cleaning to keep the resorts tidy and functional. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and ensuring facilities meet high standards.

Reliability and a keen eye for detail are essential to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to maintain park

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Specific training or experience with heavy equipment and hand tools.
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance & Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance of the camp-resort, including facilities, equipment, and overall resort appearance.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of the Camp-Resort’s property, facilities, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Assist in planning and executing projects from start to finish.
• Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks (carpentry, doors/locks, drywall, painting).
• Address electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
• Maintain park equipment and exterior areas as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
