Astound is seeking a Residential Direct Sales Representative to engage residents in a field-based role across multiple markets. You’ll pursue new customers through face-to-face meetings, leverage referrals, and close sign-ups while representing Astound’s products and service offerings.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to help you succeed in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door selling experience preferred.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
