Job summary

Outdoor Recreation Hospitality LLC, dba White Mountain – Pemigewasset- is seeking a District Manager to oversee a selected recreation area within a larger complex in New Hampshire. You will train, schedule, supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain facilities and records under the Operations department.

You will manage guest experience, enforce policies, coordinate with agencies, and drive efficient day-to-day operations while supporting a team in a rural outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the general operations within an assigned area.
• Supervises and trains hosts and maintenance personnel.
• Assists in conducting training workshops and safety tailgate meetings.
• Maintains a good working relationship with employees, agencies and the public.
• Handles visitor complaints and rules violations courteously and effectively.
• Troubleshoots situations and makes improvements to operations.
• Performs and supervises maintenance tasks and related duties.
• Participates in fee collection, facility and grounds maintenance and water/utility testing as needed.
• Secures and maintains records of deposits and revenues and submits reports.
