Job summary

Outdoor Recreation Hospitality LLC, dba White Mountain – Saco- is seeking a District Manager to lead a recreation area within the White Mountain National Forest. You will oversee operations, supervise hosts and maintenance staff, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires coordinating training, scheduling, and facility upkeep, with strong guest service focus and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating operations is preferred.
• Ability to train staff and manage schedules effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees general operations within an assigned area per standards.
• Trains hosts and maintenance personnel and develops team relations.
• Performs safety briefings and ongoing tailgate meetings.
• Maintains relationships with staff, agencies, and visitors.
• Handles guest concerns with courtesy and resolves issues quickly.
• Assists in fee collection, maintenance tasks, and reporting.
