Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in project coordination, PM, product development, or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
