Job description

The outdoor pool supervisor oversees the daily operations of the O’Regan’s Subaru Outdoor Pool. The role centers around providing supervision and mentorship to the aquatic and guest services staff during their shifts. Overseeing regular checks of pool equipment and pool chemistry. Ensuring a high level of customer experience and addressing the needs of the facility as they arise.

Qualifications (to be maintained as a condition of employment)

• Must provide a satisfactory Police Criminal Records check
• Child Abuse Registry Check

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Valid driver’s license an asset
• Ability to swim

Working Conditions

• Exposure to a loud, and busy environment.

Terms and Conditions of Employment

• Contract/term position for 11 weeks
• Operates out of the O'Regan's Subaru Outdoor Pool
• 35 hours a week according to a mutually agreed upon set schedule within the facility hours of 11:30am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 7:00pm Saturdays and Sundays
