Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in parking management leadership.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker.
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals.
• Location Profit and Loss: Analyze financial data and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement pricing strategies.
• Direct Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Event Management: Coordinate parking logistics for special events and high-traffic periods.
• Client Management: Maintain relationships with clients and address inquiries and concerns.
