Reimagined Parking seeks an Airport Parking Location Manager to lead operations and drive profitability at our Juneau-area site. You will oversee staff, ensure top-tier customer service, manage budgets, and implement revenue initiatives to maximize location success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least five years in parking management leadership, with proven skills in sales, client relations, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in parking management.
• Strong emphasis on customer service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker.
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship.
• Location Profit and Loss: Analyze financial data; manage budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to increase revenue; implement pricing strategies and customer acquisition plans.
• Direct Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Event Management: Coordinate parking logistics for events and high-traffic periods.
• Client Management: Maintain excellent client relationships and address inquiries and concerns.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for growth.
