Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining a clean, secure area outdoors in all weather.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check is required.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track paperwork.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and policy compliance.
• Keep the parking area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios to stay in contact with the team and support operations.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties to support operations and training.
