Job summary

The NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee invites applicants to join the Tracks & Rides Department, offering hands-on experience in operations leadership, team support, and guest experience management within a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You will assist department leadership, maintain safety and guest flow, participate in training, scheduling coordination, and on-the-job development while supporting daily operations and adapting to weather and staffing changes.

Qualifications

• Learn balance between guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Park-wide related duties: assist in communicating operational needs, participate in front-line operations to maintain service levels and guest flow, help with staffing coverage and team support as needed.
• Department-specific duties: prepare daily team communications, monitor track and ride areas for cleanliness and safety, train teammates in track operations and safety procedures, observe operations to find efficiency opportunities, coordinate team member placement and scheduling input, provide operational support with management, assist during inclement weather or high-volume periods, onboarding and training of new staff, maintain a clean and safe outdoor environment, monitor ride operations for safety compliance, manage inventory and supplies, ensure inspection documentation, coordinate with Maintenance on downtime, monitor weather for safe decisions, participate in team meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness; perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
• Training & Development: gain hands-on experience in a high-volume food service environment, develop leadership, communication, and time-management skills, learn to balance guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational efficiency, apply training in frontline service and kitchen operations, participate in onboarding and operational discussions, build confidence in service and leadership support roles, develop problem-solving skills through real-time challenges.
