Qualifications

• Demonstrated alignment with PARC’s vision and core values.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a team-based environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Tracks & Rides Department while gaining hands-on experience.
• Assist Department Leadership in maintaining safe, efficient, and guest-focused operations.
• Participate in training team members on track and ride operations, guest service, and safety procedures.
• Monitor ride operations to ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
• Support staffing coverage, scheduling, and team rotation to maintain smooth operations.
