Job summary

Rural King in Collinsville, IL is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to help customers by loading purchases into their vehicles and assisting with outdoor merchandising. You will price and zone outdoor merchandise, unload delivery trucks, collect signatures, keep areas clean, and provide friendly, proactive support while upholding Rural King's values.

This role requires physical effort, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort using store tech and handheld devices to support daily

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in loading purchases into vehicles.
• Collect signatures for load out tickets to confirm transactions.
• Perform load outs from store to vehicles ensuring safe loading.
• Maintain consistent outside presentation per Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.
• Keep the parking lot and exterior areas clean and maintained.
• Zone outdoor spaces like load lanes and front sidewalks for orderly display.
• Operate standard retail equipment and tools as needed.
• Participate in cross-training and training initiatives.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external customer support.
