Rural King seeks an Outside Recovery Associate to support outdoor merchandising operations and assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles. You’ll price and zone outdoor merchandise, help unload delivery trucks, gather carts, and maintain a welcoming exterior storefront.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles for service.
• Collect signatures on load-out tickets to confirm transactions.
• Perform load-outs from store to vehicles ensuring safe loading.
• Maintain exterior presentation and ensure areas are clean and inviting.
• Adhere to Outdoor Merchandising Guide for consistent outside display.
• Ensure accurate pricing for customer convenience.
• Keep parking lot and surrounding areas clean and maintained.
• Zone outdoor merchandising spaces to maintain orderly displays.
• Operate store equipment and participate in cross-training.
